Springtails - Temperate

Springtails serve as vivarium janitors (Clean Up Crew), consuming dead and decaying organic matter such as decomposing leaf litter and fecal matter. Once established in your setup, they will readily reproduce and ultimately create a steady supply of food for live plants as well as dart frogs and other small inhabitants.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Simply dump the culture along with the media directly onto your substrate (after plants have been added and before adding leaf litter).
